If your insurance carrier and policy changes during the course of your treatment, simply contact our staff to make the change. We will help you determine your coverage amounts. Because we accept most major coverage plans, these types of changes do not typically cause any interruption of treatment.
In order to be treated by our clinicians, it’s important to undergo a mental health evaluation. However, many clients also opt to forward previous assessments to their new therapist. That is optional. However, most therapists prefer to evaluate new patients so they have a current assessment to base their treatment plan on.
There is no cancellation fee if you cancel your appointment 48 hours before its scheduled start time. Virtual appointments are just like in-person appointments. Clinicians reserve your therapy time as they create their own work schedules. We ask that you provide as much advance notice as possible when you cannot attend your scheduled session.
You can expect to track your progress just as you would during traditional in-person therapy–with the guidance of your online therapist. Your therapists will help you track your treatment milestones as you move through your treatment plan.
